That is why Whistle Law operates an independent, impartial and confidential whistleblowing system on our behalf. We also comply with the legal requirements under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
The whistleblower system provides the opportunity for anonymous reporting and communication. We do not take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers. We do not tolerate discrimination against whistleblowers or anyone who contributes to investigations. Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality by qualified and experienced Whistle Law staff. First, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. Whistle Law then evaluates your tip and initiates any necessary investigations. You will immediately receive information about the processing status of your tip and the outcome of any investigation.
